NCOCA 4th Sprint Regatta, July 8th, 2006

Good morning all,
Just sending out some directions and basic race info for this weekend, by this race, I think everybody knows the basic layout of the day.

The only real change for the day is the addition of about 500 dragon boat paddlers. We're trying something a little different this year. We are going to have them stage from the same side of the course as us. We're going to bring down a large 8'x48' Candock for their use. It will be just past the start line.  Their teams will be setting up just above us on the grass area. So please be aware.

A quick reminder, start times will be enforced to keep to our schedule of events. We're adding another 20 races that day and we want to finish on time. Last regatta went very well for time, so we hope to continue. Thanks for your cooperation.

8:30am-Registration begins for 1st Events

Lastly, NO Vehicles are allowed down to the venue area. We have obtained a Permit throught the Parks Division that only allows one vehicle and it had to be insured through the Parks Division.
